How to Make a Learner Driving License Online in Punjab? (Complete Guide)

What is DLIMS Punjab?
DLIMS (Driving License Issuance Management System) is the official online portal of the Government of Punjab, through which you can apply online for:

What is a learner driving license?
A learner license is for people who are getting a driver's license for the first time.
Learner license is issued immediately
Its validity is 42 days
After 42 days you can take driving test
If you have a learner license, challan is not issued
How to make learner license online
Step 1: Open the website
Open the browser using your mobile or computer and type this website:
Step 2: Create an account (registration)
After the website opens:
Click on the green button “Apply for License”
The login page will open
Click on “Create Account” below
Now enter the following information:
Full name (as on the ID card)
ID card number
Active email address
Mobile number
Gender (Male / Female)
Password and confirm password
Captcha code
Click on the Register button.
Step 3: Log in
After registration is complete:
Sign in by entering your email
password

Step 4: Apply for a Learner License
Your Dashboard will open after logging in.
Click on the yellow License button
Three options will appear:
Learner License
Regular License
International License
Click on the Apply button in front of Learner License
For those whose Learner License has expired, click on Renew
Step 5: Complete the application form
The application form consists of three parts:
(1) Profile information
ID card number
Full name
Father/Husband name
Date of birth
Mobile number
Alternate mobile number (if any)
Gender
Height
Job type (Government/Private)
(2) Vehicle type
Motorcycle
Car
Automatic or Manual
(3) Other information
Nationality: Pakistani
Blood group
