CTI Jobs 2025 – Provisional Merit List Released | How to Check Your Name? Complete Guide

The Higher Education Department has uploaded the Provisional Merit Lists of CTI.
Here we will explain in full detail how you can check your name in the merit list and what will be the next step.
📌 How to Check CTI Merit List? (Step-by-Step Guide)
Whether you are using a mobile or a laptop, follow the instructions given below:
1️⃣ Open the official website of CTI
Open any browser on your mobile/PC
and open the CTI portal from there.
As soon as the portal opens, you will see various options.
2️⃣ No need to log in to your account
You just have to click on "Merit List" in the option above
(which will be present with the CTI Induction Policy)
3️⃣ A new page will open
Here you have to select your:
✔ Subject
✔ College
✔ Gender (Male/Female).
4️⃣ Select your Subject
The post for which you have applied is your subject.
For example:
5️⃣ Select College
The list will show all the colleges across Punjab
where there are seats for this subject.
You have to select all the colleges in which you have applied in stages.
6️⃣ Select Gender
If the college is for women and you have selected Male, the list will be empty.
So:
Select Girls College → Female
Select Boys College → Male
7️⃣ Click on Search
Now the portal will open the entire data in front of you.
You will be able to see:
Number of Seats
How many candidates applied for this subject
Calculated Marks of all the candidates
Status (Submitted / Verified / Unverified)
📌 What are Calculated Marks?
The numbers shown by the portal are only:
Educational Marks (Academics)
and do not include the interview.
✔ Interview Marks are currently shown as Zero
✔ Total Marks will be shown only after the interview
📌 What is Verified / Unverified Status?
Currently, most of the candidates have Submitted written next to them.
The department has announced that:
There will be updates to Verified and Unverified soon
If your documents were not clear, they will make them Unverified
The reason for being Unverified will also be written
📌 What if you become Unverified?
So don't panic!
You have to:
Visit the concerned college with original documents
Get verification done
Your updated status will be added to the list again

✔ The list will be displayed on the Notice Board of the college where you have applied
The list will contain:
Your Name
Academic Marks
Interview Schedule (Date + Time)
Relevant Subject Mention
You must:
