# **STI Jobs Interview Guide – Complete Guide, Documents, Interview Panel and Important Questions**

Welcome to all candidates!
The **Provisional Merit List** for **STI (School Teacher Interns)** jobs will be released by the Education Department on 1st December 2025 at 10:00 AM**.
After that, **Interviews of shortlisted candidates will be held on 4th December 2025**.
I have received numerous requests regarding interview preparation, so this complete guide is here for you which includes:
* Important documents to bring on the day of the interview
* Their requirement
* Who will be the interview panel?

## **Who will be part of the interview panel?**
As per STI policy, the interview panel will have **3 members**:
### **1. Chairman**
* **Principal / Head Teacher / Headmaster** of the school
He will be the head of the interview panel.
### **2. Second member**
It depends on the level you have applied for:
* **Primary / Elementary**: Assistant Education Officer (AEO)
* **High / Higher Secondary**: Deputy District Officer (DDO)
### **3. Third member**
* Nominated by the DDO.
These three people together will conduct your full interview.

# **Documents Required on the Day of Interview**
If any of these documents are missing, **you will not be interviewed.**
## ✔ **1. Original National Identity Card (CNIC)**
* Only official proof of Pakistani citizenship
* If original CNIC is not available, **NADRA token** is mandatory.
## ✔ **2. Original Domicile**
* It was also mandatory at the time of application.
### **Instructions for married women:**
* If you have shifted to your in-laws’ area, not from Mackay, then **Husband’s Domicile** is also acceptable.
## ✔ **3. Your CV / Resume**
* Print the same CV that you uploaded at the time of STI application.
* Complete email, mobile number and postal address must be included.
## ✔ **4. All educational certificates (original + photocopies)**
* Matric
* Bachelor
* Master
* Result cards and transcripts included
### Important:
* Photocopies will be retained by the school
* Original documents will be returned after verification
## ✔ **5. Professional Degrees (B.Ed / M.Ed / MA Education)**
* As per STI policy, **10 marks** are given on them.
* If you have a degree, then it is mandatory to carry it, otherwise you will not get marks.
